Eve Galanter, WWN Chair: Adjustment help for women vets available

The May 7, 2010 Wisconsin State Journal featured a letter to the editor from WWN Chair, Eve Galanter, on WWN’s resource for returning women veterans, Women in Boots: Marching Home. Galanter writes, “Women returning from Iraq and Afghanistan face unique challenges. They often don’t know where to turn for health or reemployment-related issues or where to find other women veterans they can relate to. Some of those issues include suffering from post traumatic stress disorder or finding jobs that are suitable to their qualifications.”
